Dr. Snehal Doke
Snehal, a doctorate holder in Food Technology, Heads R&D (Food Tech) at SV Agri. She has expertise in process development, product development, & technology transfer. She has been involved with several snack manufacturers in the development & scale-up of innovative, & distinctive snack products.
Kaushik, an IIT-Kharagpur alumnus, is the Director at SV Agri and leads the engineering division of the company. Prior to SV Agri, Kaushik worked with ITC for over 5 years across various functions. He has deep expertise and understanding of food processing, & food engineering principles. His fine understanding of food processing has won many accolades from National and International Players.
