  • Rajeev has over 37 years of experience in the FMCG industry. He is a technical expert in food processing with a passion for continuous improvement, demonstrated throughout his career.
  • He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from IIT Roorkee, India and Diploma degree in Management from AIMA, New Delhi.

Hemant Gaur

  • Managing Director – SV Agri, India, specializing in high quality early generation potato seeds through aeroponics.
  • Hemant is a leading figure in the potato world and has served 25 years with major players including Pepsico, Walmart, Marico and ITC in Agri business.
  • He is also a visiting faculty at IIM Ahmedabad on Agronomy.
  • He has worked across multiple commodities like oil seeds, medicinal plants inputs, potato and other horticulture products.
  • Hemant has an MBA from premier business school of Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and BTech degree in Agriculture.
